Small Business Merchants of all categories are invited to join us on Saturday, September 30th - Sunday, October 1st in the Historic Auburn Avenue District for the Annual Edition of the Sweet Auburn Music Fest hosted by FCE Entertainment and Radio One.
The Sweet Auburn Music Fest (S.A.M.F.) is designed to provide Experiential Marketing Opportunities for financial growth potential to local merchants within the Sweet Auburn Avenue Business District as well as those corporations seeking to expand their marketing base.
The S.A.M.F. leadership recognizes that it is often difficult for small business owners to market to the masses with a limited media budget. Thus, the Music Fest promotes and provides one on one direct customer contact with a mass number of potential clientele.
Application acceptance begins November 1, 2016. Vendors will be selected on a first come basis. Space is limited!

ALL SALES (BOOTH PURCHASE) ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS!
SALES ARE FINAL. In case of cancellation from the Promoter, City of Atlanta, Radio One, Weather Conditions or Emergency from Exhibitor, FCE Entertainment reserves the Right to extend an invitation to another event date, within a 12 month cycle, managed by FCE Entertainment.

IMPORTANT: This application must be filled out in its entirety, include all necessary documentation, and received by our office by the deadline listed above. Incomplete applications will not be considered and will be discarded without space reservation.
Vendor selection will be carefully evaluated. List Menu / Merchant Items as specified. FCE Entertainment Management retains full control as to acceptance of a food vendor or which specific menu items proposed are accepted or rejected. Once accepted, applicants will not be able to alter the approved menu.
Applicants are encouraged to apply early. Sweet Auburn Music Fest has limited space and will sell out. In an effort to enhance the experience for our preferred vendors, we have reduced the number of food vendors that will be accepted in both Category I and II.
Please read all of the requirements, rules, and regulations and understand that all terms and conditions need to be adhered to in order to participate. FCE Entertainment retains the right to control all aspects of the event and can remove any participant that does not abide by the terms and conditions contained herein.
All payments must be paid in full on or before 30 days prior to the event date.

Neither Sweet Auburn Music Fest nor FCE Entertainment shall be held liable from claims arising out of injury, theft or damage to exhibitor’s display, equipment and other property brought onto the premises or to the event during the Sweet Auburn Music Fest. The vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses and damages and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Sweet Auburn Music Fest and FCE Entertainment and affiliates, its officers, Board of Directors, and agents as well as the City of Atlanta, Radio-One and its agents and employees from all such losses, damages and claims.
